With Discovery, multiple internal stakeholders have the opportunity to engage in a participative and experiential forum designed to deconstruct and re-construct the learning from the Insight Phase. Working together through facilitated conversations and exercises allows us to uncover creative, strategic solutions, and find alignment and consensus amongst the organization’s key participants and RAW’s strategic team experts. Discovery also allows the group to identify potential pitfalls that may require future awareness and contingency planning.
Through this joint learning process, thinking may shift as the most compelling stories, emotions and insights guide the development and implementation of a strategic plan.

The outcome of the final phase takes a deep analysis of all the data collected to provide a clear expression of your brand, which will inform sustainable brand engagement and visual expression. Included in this phase are the development of the Brand Strategy, Communications Plan and Creative Brief.
